Fi Vietnam was held at the Saigon Exhibition & Convention Centre (SECC) in Ho Chi Minh City, Vietnam from October 9 to 11, local time. Jinsanjiang (Zhaoqing) Silicon Materials Co., Ltd. and Omya demonstrated the innovative application results of silicon dioxide in the food industry to customers, experts, scholars and industry colleagues from all over the world, and conducted in-depth exchanges and discussions.

Fi Vietnam, carefully created by European UBM, has become one of the largest and most influential food ingredients industry events in Vietnam. The exhibition covers three core areas: natural food ingredients, general food ingredients and healthy food ingredients. It is held annually in the three major food ingredients markets in the world, namely Europe, Asia Pacific and China, aiming to provide a comprehensive and in-depth display and communication platform for professionals in all aspects of the food industry.

In this exhibition, the Jinsanjiang marketing team introduced in detail to the exhibitors the application methods and effects of silicon dioxide in different foods, and conducted in-depth exchanges and discussions on technology development and innovative applications, laying a solid foundation for further cooperation in the future.

JSJ food grade silicon dioxide has high whiteness, uniform particle size distribution, and stable physical and chemical properties. It is mainly used as an anti-caking agent in the food industry. It can prevent granules or powdered foods from agglomerating and keep them loose or free-flowing, making it easier and more accurate to add powders, which is beneficial to improving product processing efficiency and making it easier to store and transport.
